I am fascinated by insects and love praying mantis or better mantis religiosa. Very nice pictures. Mantis is Greek and means Prophet or fortune teller; I can see one when it shows its praying posture.

I use to see a lot of praying mantis around our yard but not any more. I don't know why. Thanks for your visit...
